No Ghanaian artiste earned a nomination at the 2021 Black Entertainment Television Awards (BET).

It was expected that the level of engagement by the likes of Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, and Shatta Wale during the year would secure them a nomination.

WizKid and Burna Boy were nominated in the Best International Act category. Diamond Platnumz of Tanzania is also a contender for the award.

In other news, On-air personality, Amanda Jissih, has finally opened up about her failed relationship with Ghanaian singer, Prince Bright. The beautiful presenter has accused Prince Bright of lying about his marriage to her while they were dating.

In what has been a retaliation over the words of Prince Bright, whom she claims has been spreading lies about their relationship, she maintained that he even broke up with her for no apparent reason to indicate that he was just toying with her.

Prince Bright of Buk Bak Fame, in an interview with Delay, had claimed that he and Amanda Jissih were not in any serious relationship.

According to him, the “relationship” ended because he was no longer interested as he is the type that doesn’t waste time on lost causes.
