The Kumawood actor appeared to be driving on a busy road when the band, comprising blind performers, caught his attention.
Despite the heavy traffic, Salinko parked his ride to show his appreciation towards the performers.
The music band, armed with their drums, guitar and sound system, was busily performing a reggae song, Culture's One Stone, when Salinko chanced on them.
The Kumawood star stepped out of his sleek BMW and headed straight to the sidewalk where the band was stationed.
He took out a wad of fresh one-cedi notes and started spraying them in the full view of pedestrians and passengers who were stuck in the heavy traffic.
The performers' handlers quickly began collecting the sprayed notes off the floor as they hailed the Kumawood star, who quickly returned to his BMW.
As he made his way to the car, fans couldn't help but drool over Salinko's BMW, likely to be an M8 Competition model, which is valued at over two million cedis in Ghana.
The heartwarming gesture, coupled with Salinko's star appeal, created a scene.
