Yaa Bitha says she can't menstruate
Yaa Bitha disclosed that the condition involves the incomplete development of her uterus and upper private part.
Viewers and commentators have identified it as Müllerian agenesis, also known as MRKH syndrome, which typically presents with the absence of menstrual periods despite normal external genitalia, ovaries, and secondary sexual characteristics.
"I have always been a sick child, that's why I'm like this," Bitha said during the interview.

Bitha stated that her condition went undetected for years, with those around her failing to notice there was anything unusual.
"I was born with a congenital defect that did not allow me to menstruate, I could only pee and nobody's attention was drawn to it," she said.
The presenter went on to disclose that she has undergone eight serious surgeries connected to the condition.
Among those procedures, surgeons created a canal using a tube from her uterus to the outside to enable menstrual flow, a development she described matter-of-factly despite the gravity of what it entailed.
Beyond the physical toll of multiple operations, Bitha spoke about the emotional weight of managing the condition from childhood, and explained that choosing to speak publicly about her experience was a deliberate decision rooted in resilience rather than vulnerability.

"I understand you want the interview to feel conversational, but I felt there were interruptions, which sometimes diverted the conversation from the main subject. I think allowing the interviewee to flow more naturally would make the conversation more engaging and give the audience the chance to enjoy the full, unfiltered exchange."
