Ghanaian musician and media sensation, Efia Odo, has courted attention on social media with her yet-to-be-released single, Take Me Home.

She first hinted at the new release with a social media post in August, rallying fans to prepare for her evolution.
Efia Odo has since released several snippets of her dancing salaciously to the new music. The viral socialite in a post noted that the forthcoming single was inspired by romance.
In another post, she shared footage of herself getting raunchy with a bald man, who many fans suspected to be Mr Drew.
The forthcoming single and its rollout have garnered significant traction on social media so far, considering her long hiatus from music to focus on her faith.
Take Me Home, scheduled to be released on September 9, will be Efia Odo's first single since she announced her decision to reaffirm her commitment to Christianity.
Her rediscovered identity in Christ has influenced the socialite's life in several ways, as she said she was not ready to return to her old ways.
Efia Odo addresses criticism over new single
Efia Odo's upcoming single has earned her significant backlash online. Many fans criticised the socialite for returning to her old ways and lifestyle.
In a post shared on X, Efia Odo established that she was not a Christian.
"I’m not a Christian, please stop giving me that false title, thank you. I don’t know how many times I have to tell you people, but I do not belong to any religion. I and my father are one, meaning that I have aligned myself with God, meaning my true self my higher self. religion cannot teach you anything about spirituality," the socialite explained.

"I move in the light of God within me. My higher self leads me, love guides me, and peace follows me. God, thank You for revealing Your true meaning to me. Help me to stay aligned with my higher self, to respond with love instead of fear, and to walk in Your wisdom no matter what comes my way," she added.

During the chat with fans, Efia Odo declined a fan's request to twerk, rebuking them and attempting to deliver them through prayer.
Efia Odo also declined to go out on a date with a fan who described himself as having a long-time crush on the aspiring musician.
