Music executive addresses Stonebwoy's Shatta Wale shade
In an interview with YEN.com.gh, music executive and founder of BEKOFI Creative, Emmanuel Bonney, said the decision by Stonebwoy was a savvy one for promotional reasons but could also have some drawbacks.
"Stonebwoy’s decision to take a swipe at Shatta Wale on Deeper fuels the long-running rivalry narrative that keeps both artists relevant, drives conversation around the Torcher EP, and taps into fanbase loyalty, but it also risks overshadowing the music itself by framing it more around a 'beef' song than artistry," he said.
