Charlene Ruto has been trending after she asked for prayers to get a husband during Benny Hinn's crusade.
Why Charlene Ruto wants a husband
President Ruto's daughter was among the thousands who attended Benny Hinn's mega crusade at Nyayo Stadium on Sunday, February 25.
When the man of God asked the faithful at the podium if they wanted prayers about something, Charlene stood up and boldly stepped forward, leaving the crowd cheering.
"I love the young people of this country and of Africa so much, and God has called me to them. I pray God will make a way for me to do whatever it is that He wants for the young people of our nation," she said amid cheers.
"What do you want God to do for you?" the Isareli-American televangelist asked.
"I have a call for the young people in my country, so I want God to use me ," she said.
The preacher prayed for her, and she fell during the anointing. She stayed on the ground for a few minutes before standing up.
Benny Hinn then asked Charlene if she had special prayer requests, and she whispered in his ears. A few moments later, the preacher asked everyone to lift their hands towards Charlene and prayed for her to get a husband.
The man of God started praying:
"Give her a husband that will fulfil that call with her. Lord, send that young man her way that will be a strength to her, a great support to her. She cannot do this alone Lord. She is going into the battlefield to win souls, to take souls from the enemy. She needs a husband soon, Lord. Send him her way. Let him be exactly what she wants. Everything she wants about her husband grant it, Lord."
After the prayers, Benny held Charlene's hand and uttered some words, asking the whole stadium, including her parents, to repeat after him.
"The sky is the limit. Go get them gal," he said.

President Ruto's revelation at Benny Hinn's concert
President William Ruto thanked Benny Hinn for coming to Kenya. Ruto attended the Healing the Nation crusade at Nyayo Stadium on Sunday, February 25.
The head of state wore a white outfit to the crusade. When given a chance to address the thousands of faithful, Ruto led the praise and worship team in singing the Bwana U Sehemu Yangu hymn.
Later, he showered the Israeli-American preacher for honouring his wife, Rachel Ruto's invite.
Ruto claimed he had a revelation in 2006 that he would be a president one day. He said he was attending a gospel event in the US with his wife when God told him he would become the president of Kenya.
