Before a monkey joins in to play with Nketia, the toddler enjoys fun with two adult males at the beginning of the video.

The seven-year-old was given brand-new clothing and footwear when he and his loved ones shopped at a boutique.

Nketia shot into the limelight when a video of the boy crying and transitioning into laughter within a few seconds went viral, gaining him fame.

In a video uploaded on YouTube by Oheneba Media, the mother of the little child, Rosina, described the clip's context, which many people have found hilarious.

She claimed the young kid sobbed because he wasn't given a certain dish he craved, but he started smiling as soon as his grandmother tried to reassure him by singing a jokey song.
