Speaking during a past service, Mokoro said:
"Don't wait for long to get married as a woman, and later when you want to settle down, it is hard to find someone older than you because they are already married."

Mokoro opined marrying a man of the same age is not a good idea, arguing that the intellectual capacity of a 30-year-old woman is higher than that of a man of the same age.
She revealed she has five daughters and one son. In her opinion, she said:
"No daughter of mine will go beyond 23-24 before they get married. We will start talking about marriage at 21. I am looking at a man who is 30, at least four years age gap maximum. For you, you can get married to someone six years older than you, which is not bad."
Mokoro discouraged women from marrying younger men disapproving of the notion that age is just but a number.
The famous preacher also advised men to be stable before getting married.

"Sasa wewe huna kazi, huna nyumba na unakimbiza young adults (You do not have a job, no house yet you are busy chasing after women)," she said.
Mokoro says can't allow daughter to marry non-believer
Previously, TUKO.co.ke reported that the celebrated Seventh Day Adventist pastor said that she would be devastated and weep bitterly if her daughter brought home an unbeliever.
Mokoro spoke during a service on the Inspire a Friend Today YouTube channel and candidly added that she would also question her parenting.
"Where did I go wrong? You thought you raised a child in church, but you babysat a child in church. Our children are growing by the grace of God, we are not raising our children. If they were raised like Moses, Daniel, Shadrack, Meshack and Abednego, they would be careful to consider unions with non-believers," she said.
It should shake you thoroughly; myself I will weep because I have gone through marriage, and I know what it is, why would I see my child go through fire?" she posed.
