Ghanaian politician Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa’s wife, Nuhela Seidu, stole the show as she made a rare public appearance at the launch of Kwesi Pratt Jnr’s latest book.

The veteran Ghanaian journalist, political commentator, and Pan Africanist launched his book titled Reparations: History, Struggle, Politics and Law on September 9, 2025, at the Omanye Aba Hall at the Accra Metropolitan Assembly Emporium.
The star-studded event was attended by prominent Ghanaians, including the President, John Dramani Mahama, who wrote the foreword to the book.
Other important guests included the Minister of Education, Haruna Iddrisu, veteran journalist Kweku Baako Jnr, former Black Stars captain Stephen Appiah, and world-renowned investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas.
Okudzeto Ablakwa’s wife attends Kwesi Pratt’s launch
One of the notable guests who stole the spotlight at the event was Nuhela Seidu, the wife of the Member of Parliament (MP) for North Tongu and Foreign Affairs Minister, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa.
In a video seen by YEN.com.gh on the TikTok page of 1957 News, Nuhela arrived at the program exuding beauty, grace, and elegance.
She was dressed in a chic black fitted top, which she perfectly paired with a stylish blazer adorned with gold-toned buttons.
Nuhela also wore a figure-flattering pencil skirt crafted from vibrant African print and complemented her wardrobe with a classic black leather handbag, a sleek wristwatch, and a simple yet tasteful ring.
Okudzeto Ablakwa’s wife sported a wide smile as she was welcomed to the event by Kwesi Pratt Jnr and they shared a warm hug.
Ghanaians on social media praised Nuhela Seidu’s beauty and fashion style, with many noting she was a perfect partner to the North Tongu MP.

All about Okudzeto Ablakwa’s wife, Nuhela Seidu
Nuhela Seidu is a Ghanaian lawyer and television presenter widely known as the wife of politician Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa.
She is the daughter of the late Mumuni Abudu Seidu, a former minister of state and three-time Wa Central MP.
Nuhela graduated from the University of Ghana, Legon, with a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) before proceeding to the Ghana School of Law, Makola. She also holds a Master of Laws Degree (LLM) from the University of California, Berkeley. She is a Member of the Ghana Bar Association.
According to reports, Nuhela Seidu and Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa have two children.

Okudzeto Ablakwa weeps at wreath laying memorial
Previously, YEN.com.gh reported that Okudzeto Ablakwa broke down in tears during the wreath-laying ceremony for the eight Ghanaians killed in a helicopter crash on August 6.
Ablakwa attended the event held at the Jubilee House on August 8 and looked solemn and shaken over the tragic loss of life.
