Paul Pogba's four-year doping ban has been reduced to 18 months after a successful appeal at the Court of Arbitration of Sport (CAS).
The former Manchester United star was provisionally suspended in September last year but received a four-year ban in February.

According to Sky Sports, The World Cup winner tested positive for dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) and was set to not play football until 2027.

According to Sky Sports, the four-year ban has now been reduced to 18 months following an appeal.
He tested positive for a banned substance in the first game of the 2023/24 season against Udinese but is set to return to action in March 2024.
The report adds that a four-year ban can be reduced if the athlete can prove it wasn't intentional, was caused by contamination or can provide "substantial assistance" to investigators.
"As a professional athlete I would never do anything to enhance my performance by using banned substances and have never disrespected or cheated fellow athletes and supporters of any of the teams I have played for, or against," Pogba said after his ban via BBC Sport.
What next for Pogba?
The former France international will now start getting ready to return to playing with Juventus.
The Italian giants were reportedly preparing to terminate his contract had the CAS upheld the four-year ban.
According to the BBC, Pogba's salary was significantly reduced to 2,400 euros per month after he was provisionally suspended.
The Frenchman returned to Juventus in the summer of 2022 after leaving Man United but was hampered by injuries.
Before leaving Juventus in 2016 to rejoin Man United, he helped the club win four Serie A titles and helped them reach the 2015 Champions League final.
