The 28-year-old beauty queen was born in 1992. Naa Dedei parents and Ghana community supported her throughout the GMB competition. She is an alumnus of the Ghana Institute of Journalism and Central University.
Naa Dedei school, Central University, is one of the best privately owned universities in the country, It was established by the International Central Gospel Church in Accra in 1998 by Mensah Otabi as a pastoral training institute. She comes from the Greater Accra Region. Therefore, Naa Dedei Botchwey hometown and current city is Accra, Ghana.
Top six GMB winners
The ladies who gave the GMB winner, Naa Dedei Botchwey, stiff competition include the first runners-up position, Abena, from Ahafo Region. GMB awarded Abena with GH¢8,000 cash, a trip to Dubai, and other prizes. Kafui from Volta Region took the second runners-up place. She was honoured with GH¢6,000 cash, a trip to Dubai and more rewards.

Finally, Afriyie from the Central Region got GH¢2,000 and other prizes for taking the sixth runners-up position.
Naa Dedei Botchwey deserved the award. She maintained the top positions throughout the competition because her vision touched people for Ghana. The young woman plans to transform the nation through education. She also plans to use her role and influence to support democracy in the country's leadership.
