Meet UCC's overall best graduating medical doctor for 2020; sweeps 12 awards

- A 2020 UCC graduating student called Dr Prince Obed Boateng exited school as the overall best student in the School of Medical Sciences

- Dr Boateng packed a total of 12 awards for being the best student in a myriad of courses

- The young doctor plans to return to the UCC medical school over the next 10 years as a lecturer

Dr Prince Obed Boateng, now a former student of the University of Cape Coast, graduated at the 2020 congregation as the overall best student in the School of Medical Sciences.

According to a post sighted by YEN.com.gh on the official Twitter handle of UCC-MSA, Obed was able to sweep as many as 12 coveted awards.

The former student of Achimota Senior High School says that he plans to return to the UCC medical school as a lecturer within the next 10 years.

Although he approached his studies with seriousness and zealousness, Dr Boateng says that one of the activities he will miss the most about school is playing basketball with the boys.

Surprisingly, after grabbing as many as 12 awards, the brilliant medical doctor says that his proudest moment has been the fact that he was able to impact the lives of rural folks during an activity dubbed COBES.
