A Ghanaian PhD student, Edzordzi Agbozo, has been named the 2021 Exceptional Graduate Student Scholar at the Michigan Technological University in the United States of America.

He has been celebrated as he graduates with a PhD in Rhetoric, Theory, and Culture from the reputable university.

Edzordzi is a published poet, a dedicated teacher, and a student with the Michigan Tech Department of Humanities.

In a post on social media, the Ghanaian student's exceptional academic credentials have been lauded by the Michigan Tech Department of Humanities.

''Congratulations to Edzordzi Agbozo, who is graduating with a PhD in Rhetoric, Theory, and Culture. Edzordzi has been an active member of our department, a recipient of a Doctoral Finishing Fellowship as well as being named Michigan Tech’s 2021 Exceptional Graduate Student Scholar.''

Edzordzi is particularly grateful for the RTC program's emphasis on interdisciplinarity, which shaped how he sees the broader implications of anything he does in scholarship, teaching, and administration, according to the post.
