Dancehall superstar, Shatta Wale, has been spotted on social media for the first time after rumours about his health surfaced.
On Monday, April 3, 2021, Shatta Wale was widely reported to be suffering from a kidney problem. The reports followed a social media post by Ibrah One.
Ibrah One who made the claim on his Instagram stories asked Ghanaians to pray for the Melissa hitmaker.
His claim was given credence by the fact that Shatta Wale had recently announced that he was taking a break from social media.
But a day after the rumours came, Shatta Wale's management came out to deny he had any such ailment.
In a post on Facebook, Chris Konney, the spokesman for Shatta Wale's Shatta Movement, described the social media reports as fake news.
Following the statement from Konney, Shatta Wale has popped up in a new video as he had fun on the streets of America.
In a video sighted by YEN.com.gh, Shatta Wale is seen seated in the back of a car that was being driven by Jupitar.
Jupitar asked Shatta Wale for money to buy water and he handed wads of dollars to him.
Shatta Wale who was smoking in the car looked very excited and did not look to be in trouble as suggested by Ibrah One.
Meanwhile, Shatta Wale was in the news recently following a statement Michy made about him.
She declared that she will be the only Shatta Michy in Ghana’s history, adding that even if Shatta Wale should get a new girlfriend, she will always be the best.
Michy has also revealed some surprising facts about herself. While many people thought that Michy was Ewe and was from the Volta Region, it has been discovered that she is Norwegian.
Her father hails from Norway and her mother is a Fante woman from Ghana.
