He described Becky as too young and beautiful to let crush under the weight of widowhood.

"Even when Adwenpahene was alive, people were trying to overtake him. Come and lets hit it for a moment. Adwenpahene will be happy that you've got a great man like me," Becky's suitor said.
"Come and let's enjoy. Stop wearing the black clothes else you'll age fast. You're young, enjoy yourself," he added.

What happened to Adwenpahene?

Evans Amankwaah, popularly known as Adwenpahene, was known for his controversial takes on Ghanaian issues and his staunch support for the National Democratic Congress's John Dramani Mahama during the 2024 elections.

While alive, he sparked feuds with several Ghanaian top personalities, including Evangelist Mama Pat, aka Agradaa, and Ajagurajah. Rumours about the late NDC blogger dying from a curse laid by one of his detractors went rife after his death.

According to Adwenpahene's colleague, Oheneba Media, the late blogger suffered a severe complication from high blood pressure, leading to his death on April 4.

He added that Adwenpahene was diagnosed with the illness six years before his demise and given medicine to take. However, he ostensibly stopped taking the medicine after some years, giving various excuses, including a claim that it would make him impotent.
