Wealthy Kumasi-based socialite and entrepreneur, Rose Gold, has grabbed social media attention after flaunting her new mansion.

Roselyn Amoah, known popularly as Rose Gold, is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Rosegold Luxury Boutique, located in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region.

She has gained online notoriety for her flashy displays of wealth and, particularly, her affinity for gold. Rose Gold is also credited with popularising the Sei Kutuu, Sei Bam dance challenge on social media.

Rose Gold constructs mansion for grandfather’s funeral

In a viral video seen by YEN.com.gh on the Instagram page Those Called Celebs, the socialite’s reported new mansion is recorded in detail from the outside.

According to the socialite’s videographer, Rose Gold financed the construction of the building to host her paternal grandfather’s funeral.

He claimed that construction was completed in just under four months to ensure that it could be used for the funeral.

Rose Gold speaks about family’s riches

According to the socialite, she was the fifth child of her mother and father, both of whom were residents of Kumasi.

In an interview on the Delay Show, she claimed that her parents were wealthy and she had lived in luxury her entire life.

Rose Gold said her father was a businessman engaged in poultry farming, oil and gas, and transport, and owned multiple cars and mansions.

Despite her parents' wealth, Rose Gold established her own luxury boutique in Kumasi.

The Rosegold Luxury Boutique specialises in a wide range of women's fashion clothing, designer items, and accessories.

Speaking with YEN.com.gh, Ghanaian blogger Chris Kofi Osei said that with the current social media landscape, it has become nearly impossible to tell whether a claim from a celebrity is genuine or mere 'settings'.

"Rose Gold showing off a mansion in such a short time for the burial of her late relative is certainly eyebrow-raising. Personally, whether it’s entirely real or just well-curated settings, the display of success has sparked admiration online, seemingly achieving the reaction she sought with her action," he said.

Obofour constructs mansion to honour late mother

Previously, YEN.com.gh reported that popular Ghanaian prophet Francis Agyei Antwi, also known as Reverend Obofour, constructed a magnificent mansion in Kumasi in his late mother's honour.

Reverend Obofour lost his mother, Nana Afia Pokuaa, popularly known as Maame Ade Special, on February 27, 2025, with her funeral held in Kumasi on May 31.

In a viral video seen by YEN.com.gh, Obofour's new mansion, which he reportedly completed in seven weeks, was displayed in its full majesty.
