The trending video appeared to have been captured after the socialite's face and outfit styling session.

Aba Dope's face appeared to have been drenched in the makeup. The cosmetics fail became a highlight, prompting the socialite to respond.

Known for her sense of humour, Aba Dope shared another video on TikTok addressing the frenzy about her look.

"When I saw the video I had to check my body to see if I'm still alive. My friend what you did was so wicked. Be very careful with me. My heart almost skipped a beat. That was a ghost you posted and not Aba Dope," she said.

Aba Dope chills with Nana Ama McBrown

Maame Gold's father, Nana Adusei Sarkodie, was the chief of Buruku Ahodwo in the Ashanti Region.

He was a Ghanaian politician linked with the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and served as a member of parliament for the Atwima Nwabiagya constituency from 1997 to 2005.

The late NPP statesman and royal leader's funeral was patronised by several celebrities, including Nana Ama McBrown.

McBrown, who appears to be Maame Gold's childhood friend, took Aba Dope along on the trip to Kumasi for the widely talked about funeral.

In a video sighted by YEN.com.gh, the CEO of Food Gist expressed gratitude towards her friend for taking her to Kumasi for the first time.

"I've seen that this place is nice. I'll start coming here more often," Aba Dope said.
