The ECG also responded to claims made by Adom Kyei-Duah, asserting that his church had been unfairly targeted. The utility company's statement clarified,

“We are pleased to report that the Believers Worship Centre has been reconnected to the national grid, and the matter has been resolved amicably.”

It acknowledged the cooperation and understanding exhibited by Prophet Stephen Adom Kyei-Duah, the facility management team, and the church leadership throughout the payment process.

Furthermore, the ECG reiterated its commitment as a public utility to maintain standards of fairness, transparency, and respectful engagement with all its customers.

“We encourage open dialogue and mutual understanding to resolve any future concerns,” the statement added, emphasising a collaborative approach moving forward.
