Dr Ofori Sarpong explained that his journey began when he was "a little under 30."

He credited his uncle, Paul Acheampong, a legal professional with a side interest in real estate, with opening his eyes to the industry's profitability.

"When I go into his office, I look at the houses and the price they cost," he explained.

Seeing those figures made him realise that he could afford to enter the market and significantly multiply his wealth.

The billionaire recently celebrated a historic 60th birthday bash that dominated headlines for days.

The event was a massive gathering of Ghana’s elite, featuring top players from the presidency, legendary movie stars, renowned musicians, and fellow successful businessmen.
