Sam Korankye Ankrah is the founder and Apostle-General of Royalhouse Chapel International, while his wife serves as the church's Premier Lady.

The couple met in 1982 and married in 1986, and they have four children. Marriage milestones have long been public moments for them, and at their 25th anniversary, he knelt before his wife in church and proposed to her again.

At 30 years, he recalled in a Graphic interview proposing to her while struggling with poverty and living in a wooden house.

The couple renewed their vows at a ceremony streamed live by Tina News Gh, marking 40 years of marriage.

Apostle Mrs Rita Korankye Ankrah delivered a humorous vow to her husband, using Ghanaian dishes as metaphors.

The Tina News Gh caption quoted her as saying: "My Dawadawa in my Tuo-Zaafi, my Wele on my Waakye…"

In the video, she wore a sparkling white gown with a sheer cape. Her husband wore a white embroidered outfit.

Korankye Ankrah urges youth to marry

According to an earlier report by YEN.com.gh, Sam Korankye Ankrah expressed concern over what he described as a lukewarm attitude towards marriage among young people in his church.
