Following the viral story, Arsenal fans in Kenya visited the mum who supports the three-time winners of the Premier League.
"We are Arsenal, and Arsenal is our business. We visited our triplets today with their brand-new jerseys, and they are doing fine. Thanks to Kakuma Mission Hospital (KMH) team," Facebook user Dancun Adi Rapcheez captioned a post.

The precious gifts they delivered for the babies included baby formula, laundry detergent, bathing soap, diapers, and clothing.
Speaking to popular Kwnyan website, TUKO.co.ke, Emma stated that she only took photos and shared them online; little did she know they would go viral.

"She lives near the Kakuma Refugee camp. She is happy. At least a few people have come through for her, and she was grateful. She lives in a remote area and is the breadwinner of her family," she said.
Emma revealed that Epa's husband is physically challenged and hadn't gone to the hospital to visit the kids because he had no means.
