Freda Ayisi has once again reminded the football world of her flair, this time leaving Brazilian legend Roberto Carlos in awe.
In a video posted on her Instagram account, where she commands over a million followers, the 30-year-old showed off her tricks in a freestyle challenge.

With her right foot crossed behind, she flicked the ball into the air before juggling it with ease.
Standing just a few feet away, the Real Madrid icon could only watch in admiration as Freda worked her magic.

For many, the sight of a Ghanaian-born footballer dazzling a World Cup winner who lifted three Champions League trophies may seem surreal.
Yet for Freda, this is nothing new. She has carved a niche as a freestyle specialist, often sharing eye-catching clips of her juggling ability and outrageous skills on social media.
Freda Ayisi's football journey: From Arsenal roots to global fame
Ayisi’s football journey has been as captivating as her skill set.
She began her senior career at Arsenal in 2013, where she helped the Gunners win the Women’s FA Cup in 2014 and even scored a goal in the Champions League against FC Kairat.
Spells with Birmingham City, Leicester City, London City Lionesses, Lewes, and Charlton Athletic followed before she signed for Hashtag United in July 2024.
Her growing influence has stretched well beyond the pitch. She has gone head-to-head with Ghana star Mohammed Kudus in a one-on-one contest, successfully pulling off audacious moves.

She has also tried to mirror the artistry of global icons such as Ronaldinho, Neymar, and Eden Hazard.
Big brands have taken notice, too. Freda has collaborated with notable brands such as Pepsi, Nike, Adidas, Apple, Puma, JD Sports, and many others.
According to Fam Sports, through Soccer Aid, she famously taught Brazilian greats Roberto Carlos and Cafu some of her signature tricks.
In 2023, she pledged one per cent of her earnings to Common Goal and later became an ambassador for World Vision.
Now at Watford FC Women for the 2025–26 FA Women’s National League South season, Freda continues to balance her professional career with her creative side, per WatfordFC.
