He praised the director for leading from the front and demonstrating what leadership really is.
He wrote:
"This is what leadership looks like. In my morning rounds today I caught my EVS Director leading from the front. Such a great example to me, his staff, and everyone who silently watched him. He didn’t know I was taking the photo. Was embarrassed when he saw that I was. He’s a humble, hard worker."

David Walker stated:
"I’ve never worked at a place where my “leadership” people got their hands dirty with me. I guess they are sitting in their offices, reaching their endgame.
"I feel if more people like this would get out and work alongside their employees it would positively affect morale. In the least sense they would see first hand what their employees are dealing with."

"Great picture of a true servant leader in action. Truth is most facilities managers perform these duties on a daily basis. They also go about their business without any fanfare or recognition. It's nice to see you taking the time to recognize this dedicated EVS leader. Thanks for sharing !"
Boss teaches his cleaner a lesson after catching him taking selfies in his office
Meanwhile, YEN.com.gh previously reported that a boss had taught his cleaner a lesson after catching him taking selfies in his office.
The Itsmy Hq CEO on Facebook said he saw his cleaner taking selfies in his office as he walked in one morning. The worker had to quickly hide his phone when he saw him.
Oluwanishola said he requested his phone and asked him to sit on his chair. When the cleaner did that, the CEO took proper shots of him.
After the shots, he told the cleaner nothing is impossible in life. The boss said he hopes the photos do not end up on social media but become a motivation for him to go after bigger dreams in life.
