Peter Okoye has dragged his late mother into his ongoing tell-all video series, recounting a painful family meeting he says his wife, Lola, was once summoned to.

In previous instalments, Peter Okoye had already levelled several other accusations against his brothers, painting a picture of a family dispute that ran far beyond this single meeting.
He disclosed that Jude, backed by Paul, sued to stop him from performing P-Square songs altogether, a legal move he described as an attempt to strip him of the group's legacy entirely.
Separately, he alleged that more than $1.9 million in P-Square earnings went unaccounted for during a period covered in an earlier video.
Peter Okoye on late mother's family meeting
In the eighth instalment of his series, Peter alleged that his mother visited when his son, Cameron, was about five months old, arriving alongside three pastors for what turned into a difficult confrontation. He said:
"Lola and I sat on the floor. The next thing my mum said was, 'Young woman, we, the Okoye family, have decided that you should leave our son alone…'"
According to Peter, his late mother, who passed away in 2012, demanded that Lola come to see her, and he asked whether she wanted to see their son as well, but she insisted on seeing Lola alone.
At the time, Lola was away on the island with the child, leaving Peter perplexed over how to get her to come without him.
He eventually settled on a lie, telling her the house had just been fumigated and was unsafe for the baby.
When Lola arrived and was told to leave her partner alone, she was just as confused as Peter had been.
She briefly suspected he already knew what was coming, given a previous disagreement between them, and worried he was using the meeting as a way to exit the relationship.

Ify Okoye's spiritual message amid feud
According to an earlier report by YEN.com.gh, Jude Okoye's wife, Ify, broke her silence over allegations made against her by Peter, choosing a spiritual rather than combative response.
In a statement shared on Instagram, she said she had become aware of stories "twisted and manipulated" to draw her into a dispute she neither created nor desired.
She invoked the biblical story of Ananias and Sapphira to make her point that the truth could not be hidden from God.
