Ghanaian musician and record label boss Ogidi Brown has announced his upcoming marriage in a video that has since gone viral on social media, sparking an outpouring of congratulatory messages.

The Italy-based artiste and CEO of OGB Records, born Gideon Jesse Brown, shared the news with his followers on Friday, August 7, 2026, with the post quickly attracting hundreds of comments from well-wishers.

Sharing a video with his bethrothed, Jessica, he wrote:

"God took me through pain, through healing, and then gave me @prettiiass_jessica . Save the date — August 2026. This love is my testimony. #O&J #weddings #marriage."

Reactions ranged from excitement to good-natured ribbing, with one follower tagging a friend who "should be the Food coordinator at this wedding," while others showered the couple with congratulatory emojis and prayers for a blessed union. Many referenced his mother and how she would feel about the union.

Ogidi Brown, who has managed several Ghanaian acts including Fameye and has built a reputation both for his music production work and his colourful commentary on celebrity relationships, is widely known in entertainment circles.

He has previously survived a life-altering accident that left him using a wheelchair, a detail several fans referenced in their comments while celebrating his new chapter.

Popular Ghanaian blogger, Zionfelix, also spoke about the upcoming wedding, promising that they would 'shut down Italy' for the massive event.
