Tima Kumkum's emotional tribute to Javits

Tima Kumkum shared a flyer featuring Javits' image on her Instagram page on Friday, 30 October 2026, a day after the tragedy.

The television presenter said the news had left her with more questions than answers, describing the loss as deeply painful.

"Oh God, this is so heartbreaking 🤦‍♀️, I have been asking so many questions. Rest in peace, baby boy, you didn't deserve this 🥹," she wrote.

Her post captured the sorrow that has gripped many who have followed the story, particularly given Javits' age and the circumstances surrounding his death.

The fact that he had only recently left Ghana to be with his father made the tragedy all the more difficult to process for those who knew him and those who heard his story.

Thomas Frimpong, who had welcomed his son to America only a year earlier, is now left to grieve the boy's loss. Calls for justice have continued to grow as both communities come to terms with his untimely passing.
