A lady has exposed her misunderstanding with her mother on social media after claiming she was held hostage while trying to move out.

The lady, Paula Ifeanyi, of Nigerian descent, videoed her whole conversation with her mum as she tried to leave the house.

A second video showed the lady finally out of the house amid tears. The lady, who has a child named Amaka, described her mum as narcissistic and abusive.

The 25-year-old said her mum prevented her from leaving and even hit her. The mother was on the defensive as a police officer arrived on the scene to wade into the matter and restore calm. Paula had called 911 to intervene.

It is not clear what the genesis of the mother-daughter problem is, but the lady said she was done staying with her family and wanted out.

63-year-old Ghanaian woman arrested in Taiwan after living there illegally for 34 years

In a related report, a 63-year-old Ghanaian woman living illegally in Taiwan for 34 years was arrested after attempting to flee police.

Authorities found her lacking proper documents under a covered walkway and later confirmed her identity with a Ghanaian interpreter.

The woman entered Taiwan in 1989 from Hong Kong but left in 1990; however, there were no records of her re-entry, and she is now under investigation for potential immigration law violations.
