Groom Discovers Bride He Married Is A Man 12 Days After Wedding: "She's Dated Women"
- A 26-year-old man was dismayed after he tried to have intimacy with his wife but discovered that she was a man
- The two met on Instagram, and when they finally met offline, she was always in a niqab, and she maintained the look twelve days after marriage
- He finally tracked down her parents, and they told him they weren't even aware that he was married, let alone in a relationship
A man identified as AK from Indonesia was appalled after discovering that his bride was a man twelve days after their wedding.
Adinda and AK met on Instagram
The 26-year-old met his spouse, Adinda Kanza, also 26, on Instagram in 2023, and the couple dated for a year.
Mail Online reports that Adinda always wore a Muslim Niqab, covering her face during in-person meetings. He reportedly thought 'she' was a devoted Muslim.
The couple married in a small ceremony at AK's home after Adinda disowned her family. The young man, however, grew suspicious of his new wife soon after tying the knot on April 12.
Adinda avoids intimacy
Adinda avoided intimacy by telling him she was unwell and on her period. During their short stay together, Ak was shocked to learn that his wife refused to speak to his family and was always in a niqab at home.
Tired of it all, he tracked down her former address and was surprised that his parents were still alive. According to the parents, Andinda was a man, identified as ESH. The latter started cross-dressing in 2020.
The shocked parents were unaware that their son was in a relationship, let alone married.
According to the police, Adinda not only behaved like a woman but also had a female-sounding voice.
'If you look at their wedding photos, Adinda looks exactly like a real woman. He also has a gentle voice and tone, so there was no suspicion at all about him being a woman," said the police.
ESH is now in police custody and has since confessed that he wanted to marry AK and steal his family's assets. He faces fraud charges that could land him behind bars for up to four years.
