Kylian Mbappe and Jude Bellingham have finally broken their silence following the announcement of the 2024 Ballon d'Or winner.
Real Madrid skipped the ceremony on October 28 after they got wind that Vinicius Junior won't be declared the winner. The Brazilian was beaten by Rodri, who became the first Premier League player to win since Cristiano Ronaldo in 2008.

The decision elicited sharp reactions online, with Vinicius Junior leading the onslaught against the organisers.
"I'll do it 10 times if I have to. They're not ready," he said on his X account.
Mbappe, Bellingham Ballon d'Or silence raises eyebrows
The 24-year-old was publicly supported by Carlo Ancelotti with a couple of his teammates also jumping in. Eduardo Camavinga, Aurelien Tchouameni and Eder Militao were among the players who sent messages.
But rather surprisingly, Mbappe and Bellingham remained mum even as social media users debated the issue.
Bellingham was third in the final ranking, while Mbappe was further back in sixth place. The former Paris Saint-Germain star won the Gerd Muller trophy alongside Harry Kane.

The two players have now broken their silence on social media by sending supportive messages to Vinicius Jr. The Brazilian shared another photo of Real Madrid's team photo for this season with the caption 'together.'
Mbappe responded with three love emojis, while Bellingham said 'siempre', which means always.
Ancelotti will be hoping to pick up his players after a spate of recent disappointments. Before the Ballon d'Or saga, they were thrashed 4-0 by Barcelona in the El Clasico.
