Dancehall musician Shatta Wale left many people in awe when a video of a large crowd surrounding his car in Kumasi surfaced on social media.

The video, posted by famous Ghanaian blogger Zionfelix, was recorded at Kumasi-based radio station Angel FM.

On November 22, 2024, a large crowd was seen surrounding Shatta Wale's car as they cheered him on and shouted his name.

In an exclusive interview with YEN.com.gh, entertainment pundit Yaw Boadu-Ayeboafoh, spoke about the huge impact dancehall musician Shatta Wale has on the youth.

He noted that the dancehall musician had a huge fanbase, adding that the majority of these people were those on the street.

"Shatta Wale has a huge fan base especially among the people on the street."

The seasoned entertainment pundit noted that Shatta Wale always had massive crowds following him whenever he made a public appearance. He then crowned him as the king of the streets.
