Ghanaian musician Fancy Gadam has publicly addressed the marriage between his former wife Queen Meela and businessman Alhaji Osman Masawudu, widely known as Chairman Buga, stating clearly that he holds no grudge against the man.

The northern Ghana-based artiste made the remarks during an appearance on Okay FM on Thursday, 6 August 2026, where he was questioned directly about Chairman Buga, whose name had been circulating on social media following reports of the union.
Fancy Gadam distances himself from the controversy
When the host asked whether Fancy Gadam knew or had previously encountered Osman Masawudu, the musician was straightforward in his response.

"No, I don't know him. I have never met him," he said, noting that he only became familiar with the name "Buga Buga" after coming across discussions about the man online.
Pressed further on whether he took issue with Chairman Buga marrying Queen Meela, the "Total Cheat" hitmaker made his position clear.
"There is nothing wrong with that. He is not my enemy. Not at all," Fancy Gadam said.
Chairman Buga faced criticism after marriage reports
Prior to Fancy Gadam's interview, Chairman Buga had attracted backlash from some social media users who accused him of pursuing Queen Meela following her separation from the musician.
The criticism appeared to assume hostility between the two men, though Fancy Gadam's comments painted a different picture entirely.
