Actress Nana Ama McBrown shared some pieces of advice backstage of the Sunday, October 22, 2023, edition of her show on Onua TV, Onua Showtime.

McBrown shared some regrets in life

In her message, which has touched many Ghanaians and earned her praises, Nana Ama McBrown stated that she wished she had not dated certain men if she knew she would be famous.

She noted that a thought came into mind when she was en route to the Onua TV studios in her car. She said:

"I asked myself what it is that people look for in this world because when we are young, poverty and certain friendships lead us into doing certain things which are not morally right."

She stated that if she knew that God would put her on this pedestal, there were some things she would not have done in the past.

Mrs McBrown Mensah urged the youth to heed advice from their elders and added that if one does not have any adult to advise them, they should reflect on the family they come from.

"Be careful. You don't know the future. Be careful what you do now. Do not let your circumstances push you. We all make mistakes," McBrown said.
