Meanwhile, Yen.com.gh earlier reported that a video posted by @jacarandamaternity recorded the moment pregnant women exercising by dancing while receiving maternity care.

As they stroked them and danced joyfully, the women's expanding stomachs were different sizes. In footage, they were careful to roll their waists.

Throughout the dance practice, the ladies were also told to move their hands.
