Ghanaian Man Based In Argentina Claims He Makes About GH¢2000 Daily From Selling Used Clothes (Video)

Ghanaian Emmanuel Yeboah, who currently resides in Argentina, has claimed he earns about GH¢2000 daily from selling used clothing in Buenos Aires.

The hardworking young man said that the venture is the most secure business for foreigners in the nation.

Why Emmanuel Yeboah left Ghana

In an interview on Daily Hustle Worldwide, Yeboah disclosed that he left Ghana for greener pastures in the South American country.

He claimed that the ‘buy-and-sell’ business is the commonest among undocumented immigrants in the country.

''Although other employment is available, the pay is generally low; therefore, many of us, particularly Ghanaians, prefer to sell clothing,'' he said.

Yeboah further mentioned that he makes about GH¢2000 profit from his sales on a good day.

''However, depending on where you sell, some people make less or more,'' he told DJ Nyaami of SVTV AFRICA.

He said though Argentina's living standard is significantly higher than Ghana, he would move away if given the option because ''you cannot succeed here''.

''If I can launch a business, I'll return to Ghana. If you have the funds to conduct business, you'll succeed.''

Yeboah, however, claimed there might be better locations than Argentina if one aims to make money.

In another story, YEN.com.gh published that Ghanaian preacher Evangelist Bright, who resides in Germany, revealed that he requested one traditional slipper as a bridal price rather than cash from his daughter's spouse.

The preacher added that he decided against selling off his daughter and instead chose the customary slipper, known as an 'Ahenema' in Ghanaian slang.

Evangelist Bright revealed to DJ Nyaami of SVTV Africa that he was asked to accept 10,000 Euros (GH¢133,632.25) as a bride price before offering his daughter's hand in marriage, but he declined.

Ghanaian man working in Germany as dishwasher earns GH¢23,000 salary

Meanwhile, YEN.com.gh previously reported that a Ghanaian man currently resident in Germany gave insight into what a normal day at work for him as a dishwasher looks like.

In an interview with YouTube vlogger Zionfelix, Kofi Asiedu disclosed that his monthly salary from his employment in Germany is GH¢23,000.
