Early life and Education
Davido was born on November 21, 1992, in Atlanta, Georgia, United States, to Chief Dr Adedeji Adeleke, a billionaire business magnate, and Mrs Veronica Adeleke (late), a university lecturer.
He was raised in Lagos, Nigeria, and went to the British International School. He later moved to the US to study Business Administration at Oakwood University in Alabama, but dropped out to pursue his music career.
Davido started making beats and recording vocal references at his uncle's studio in Atlanta. He joined KB International music group with his cousins B-Red and Sina Rambo.
