Rwandan President Paul Kagame was delighted to announce the birth of another grandchild.

His lovely firstborn daughter Ange Kagame gave birth to a beautiful baby who was a joy to the family.

"Congrats Ange and Bertrand ...," the politician tweeted as he shared the heartwarming news with his fellow citizens and netizens.

The Head of State posted a cute photo of the new bundle of joy for the adorable couple.

Beautiful sibling

The little one is the second of the lovebirds, Ange and Bertrand, and Kagame could not be more proud.

Their firstborn baby had the honour of carrying her little sibling, and from her reaction, she was over the moon.

Donned in a green polo t-shirt, the gorgeous girl had her mouth wide open as she lovingly stared at her sibling.
