His lovely firstborn daughter Ange Kagame gave birth to a beautiful baby who was a joy to the family.

The little one is the second of the lovebirds, Ange and Bertrand, and Kagame could not be more proud.
Their firstborn baby had the honour of carrying her little sibling, and from her reaction, she was over the moon.
Donned in a green polo t-shirt, the gorgeous girl had her mouth wide open as she lovingly stared at her sibling.
