He said he had been with the man of God for 23 years and was with him before his ministry became a national megachurch.
The alleged junior pastor said it was true that Prophet Emmanuel Badu Kobi was exploring the sale of his church, but he had exposed the sale because he did not want it to go through.
“I have worked with him for 23 years. I brought out the news that he's selling his church, and bloggers picked it. But it's true. He is selling the church. When you follow politicians, you end up selling your church,” he said.

Badu Kobi’s alleged junior pastor added that the reason for the pastor's struggles was due to his affiliating himself with the NDC, which ended up leaving him hanging.
“What brought him down was when he openly affiliated himself with the NDC party. Papa, I am telling you the truth, doing that destroyed the church. Everyone knows he previously prophesied that President Kufuor would win power, but when it came to Mahama, he was passionately and openly affiliating himself with the party. That's when the church started being destroyed. The same NDC that you openly declared for has now abandoned you,” he added.
Badu Kobi’s junior pastor also claimed that the Glorious Wave Church building was being sold at a price of around $1.5million.
