Kennedy Agyapong was born on June 16, 1960 in Assin Dompim, Central Region, Ghana. The politician’s parents are the late Mary Nsiah and Francis Ohene Kofi Agyapong. He attended Adisadel College for secondary education in 1976. In 1983, he obtained a General Certificate Education from the Winneba Secondary School in Ghana.
After graduating from Winneba Secondary School, he joined the Adisadel College in the Central Region of Ghana. After that, he attended Fordham University, New York, USA, to further his studies.
