Nations neared a deal at the UN climate summit Saturday after the EU accepted a text with only an implicit nod to phasing out fossil fuels following fraught negotiations with oil producers and emerging countries. On Saturday, European leaders are to meet on the sidelines of the summit to make it clear "that there should be nothing about Ukraine without Ukraine", European Commission chief Ursula von der Leyen said.
